Powerhouse

Step into our Powerhouse class and get ready to sweat, shake, and get the heart rate up! We take you through a fun, energetic class bursting with cardio and strength training. You’ll leave wanting more!

45 minute class for flexibility and relieving tension in your body

A slow-paced 45-minute class moving through a range of stretches to improve flexibility, relieve tension in the body and de-stress. Trust us, your body will thank you for it.
